Senior Associate at Axtria, with 5+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry with a Master’s Degree in Data Science. He has mainly worked in the commercial space with marketing analytics as the key focus. He has worked on 10+ projects of various business problems including Gen AI, MLOps, Market Mix modeling, Segmentation and Targeting, Test and Control Analytics and Scenario Simulation. He also has a good grasp on programming and has worked on multiple automation and Optimization tasks. His technology stack include Python, R, SQL, Databricks, PySpark, AWS and LLMs.

Tom Boyle is a commercial insights and analytics leader at Novo Nordisk, with 10+ years' experience spanning across functions including demand forecasting, secondary business analytics, and primary market research. Most recently Tom has held the role of Associate Director within the Commercial Data Science function, leading a team of Data Scientists in support of the US Commercial organization. Rajesh Choudhary is the Data Science and AI Practice Lead at Axtria Inc. He brings over 20 years of expertise in diverse domains, from data science, AI/Gen AI, and cloud transformation to commercial data products and ML engineering/operations. Rajesh built the first end-to-end productized implementation of a commercial data-to-insights platform for a major pharma company and scaled their DQ and business rule management solutions for sales and data science teams. Nathan Corder, Ph.D.

Sr. Advisor - Medical Affairs Data Sciences, Eli Lilly

Nathan has his PhD in Statistics from North Carolina State University where his research focused on the intersection of causal inference and missing data. He has served in a variety of analytics roles within pharma including regulatory, publication support, payer access, sales force effectiveness, commercial analytics, and medical affairs. He began his pharma career at Dova Pharmaceuticals (now a part of Sobi) where he supported the regulatory submissions of avatrombopag to the FDA and EMA before transitioning to the commercial team to support its launch readiness and label expansion into benign hematology. In 2021 Nathan moved to Eli Lilly where he joined the Advanced Analytics and Data Science team supporting commercial oncology products. Most recently, he has transitioned to a new role within the Medical Affairs organization and is chiefly responsible for the impact measurement environment of Medical Affairs as well as analytical R&D.

Andi is a seasoned Data Science and Forecasting leader currently serving as the Director of Forecasting Capabilities at Merck, where he leads the development of advanced AI-driven solutions to enable and enhance forecasting across therapeutic areas. He holds a PhD in Applied Economics, specializing in AI-based forecasting, and serves as an Adjunct Professor of Data Science at Columbia University. With several publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals, Andi’s expertise spans artificial intelligence, forecasting, natural language processing, and data science.

In a previous life, JP deployed Artificial Intelligence to automate the design of payloads for satellites. JP earned a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Grenoble University, advised 2 PhD students, and earned an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. He was the recipient of the 2015 PMSA Lifetime Achievement Award.

Since April 2024, they have been driving innovation in GenAI solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, working closely with client stakeholders to integrate AI into sales and targeting workflows. Their expertise spans building personalized physician profiles using structured and unstructured data, developing high-fidelity pharma copilots, and creating GenAI infrastructure for unstructured data solutions.

In previous roles as Lead Data Scientist (2022-2024) and Senior Data Scientist (2021-2022), they spearheaded several R&D projects in pharma, including AutoML platform development, explainable AI for EHR patient journeys, and large-scale model deployments. Their contributions have been instrumental in increasing market share for key drugs and optimizing physician engagement strategies.

Previously, as a data science expert, she led several teams in the areas of data science, business analysis, and market research within Novartis Oncology US Organization. She also worked with other small bio-techs in the areas of commercial and medical planning.

Nuray is Vice President for Pharmaceutical Management Science Association board since 2013. She has worked with the industry industry to organize conferences, symposiums, and published journals.

She is also a board member for Peace Islands Institute where she partners with interfaith organizations to improve local peace within the NJ community. Nuray has Ph.D. in econometrics. She lives with her husband and 3 kids in Cedar Grove, NJ . She enjoys traveling and learning new languages.
